This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website www.creatit.es (hereinafter, the «Website»), owned by CREATIT MARKETING PROJECTS, S.L. Accessing the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every condition set out in this legal notice.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts of the User's domicile where the User is a consumer. In all other cases, and unless applicable law provides otherwise, the Courts of the city of Madrid shall have jurisdiction.
